The PageScope Workware document hand-ling software makes document merging, converting, forwarding, and scanning child's play. Its file structure depicting miniature thumbnails of filed documents enables users to view files without opening the application.

High-speed scanning is one of the major ad-vantages of the new bizhub 250. With the optional feeder, scanning complex documents is not a problem. It is capable of reading in up to 70 originals per minute, making central scanning in any network direction you need possible.

Internal and external information and distri-bution sharing is easy and efficient thanks to the embedded network interface card: Scan-to-eMail, Scan-to-FTP, Scan-to-SMB are standard features of the bizhub 250.

LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) support rovides you with direct access to your company's eMail database. Entering your required addresses manually is no longer necessary.

Faxes still play an important role in many office environments. The optional Super G3 fax of the bizhub 250 features a wide variety of useful functions needed in today's busi-ness world: up to 540 one touch keys can be programmed, and up to 300 broadcasting locations egistered, quick memory and batch transmission, fax re-routing as well as memory reception are available. And with the optional multi-line fax kit, faxes can be sent and received simultaneously.
